Diane Cardano-Casacio (MBA-Marketing, GRI, CRS) is an accomplished real estate consultant whose primary focus is changing people’s lives by helping them protect one of the largest financial investments that they own…their home.Diane has studied and analyzed the specific needs of Empty Nesters and Move-Up Home Sellers when it comes time to start thinking about selling their home and moving on to the next stage of their life. Being an accomplished real estate consultant since 1993, Diane specializes in listing home. She wants to make sure every Future Home Seller knew of the specific ways they needed to market, stage and price their homes different from their competition. Since 2008, a couple thousand Future Home Sellers have attended Diane’s Home Seminars. Her seminars are revolutionary and present top secret information about the real estate process, and the catastrophe that 95% of home sellers lose thousands of dollars when selling their home.
Diane has an MBA in Marketing from Temple University and a BS in Marketing from Penn State University. She is the Owner/President and an Associate Broker of CARDANO, REALTORS® located in Abington, PA. She holds many high level certifications such as a CRS, GRI, and ASP.
Her thousands of transactions and satisfied customers ensure that over 90% of her clients today come from referral and repeat clients. She has been a local resident of Montgomery County for since 1960, and learned the real estate business from her father, Jim Cardano, Sr a real estate Broker & Custom Home Builder. Diane was touring people through her father’s sample homes since 1965, so Diane can say “I have been in real estate since I was 5 years old!” Diane also spent some of her busy days working with her Brother Jim Cardano,Jr (no deceased) selling his new construction, Custom Built homes.
Diane and Her Team are considered industry experts in selling residential real estate. They are not afraid to divulge their secrets to the more Traditional Realtors®. Knowing about her secrets is one thing, however, execution is quite another. The Market is changing every day, and so do Diane’s high-tech and savvy techniques.
Diane spent most of her life as an Abington resident and attended Ancillae Academy, Abington High School, Penn State University and then off to Temple for her MBA. Diane now resides in Flourtown, Whitemarsh Township, with her husband and partner Stan Casacio, who is an established Real Estate Investment Broker, Developer and Appraiser in Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
Diane was drawn back to Abington in 2008 when Diane & her husband Stan built a beautiful office building at 1021 Old York Road, across from the Abington Library and she opened up her own real estate company, CARDANO Realtors ®. Diane felt that the Traditional Realtor® model did not result in the best financial outcome for her clients, and built her model based on the Customer Experience Timeline.
Diane oversees the Team, consults with Buyers & Sellers, negotiates agreements, determines market value of properties, stages homes to sell, creates the strategic marketing for each client, handles all referrals, and attends Mastery trainings. She loves to play Golf (3 handicap), Work Out, Spinning, Meditate, Water Ski, Sky Ski, Snow Ski, Snowboard, the Beach (Hawaii is her favorite), Visiting cousins in Italy and Traveling to fun new places. Diane also brings to the table her every day morning rituals, her integrity, her passion, competitiveness, persistence and drive to give 110% of herself in everything she does! A true one-of-a-kind!
Stan Casacio
Stan Casacio is Diane’s Husband & Her Biggest Raving Fan! He assists Diane and the Team in negotiating, mediating and consulting. He is a real estate Broker and since 1967 experience. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate and negotiates leases, develops commercial properties, creates appraisals and manages several properties for his family’s company. Stan likes to do everything Diane likes to do. He has a 8 handicap in Golf and constantly begs Diane to give him more strokes!
Bob Cardano, Jr. (ext. 116)
Bob Cardano is a Managing Partner for Cardano, Realtors. He assists the Team in all Marketing campaigns for home sellers and runs all the finances fro the company. Bobby has been working on the Team since 2007 and is a Penn State graduate. His interests are Philly sports, working out and spending time with friends and family.
Aira
Aira is our Listing Coordinator and our Director of Celebrations. She is a diligent Team Player. She takes care of all the many details involved during the real estate process from when the listing contract is signed to Celebration Day. She ensures a smooth landing and a check deposited into our client’s account. Her efforts ensure that our Buyers and Sellers experience a “Celebration Day” – not just a Settlement!
Jackie Ricchey
Jackie Ricchey is one of our Buyer and Listing Specialists. She has spent her entire life in the Direct Mail Market prior to joining Cardano Realtors. Diane and Jackie have known each other for over 25 years. She decided to make a career change and move into the real estate consulting business. She joined Diane’s Team of Experts knowing that she was in great hands with Diane’s Marketing expertise! Her favorite things in life are Family, Friends, Gold and Loving Life!
Pam Lackey
Pam Lackey is our Seminar Coordinator and Client Concierge. She spent many years in the Sales & Marketing. Pam is a past client with Cardano, Realtors and she went through their entire home selling process with a smile. She liked working with us so much, she joined the team!! With their client relationship and Pam’s business background,it was only natural when the company needed to fill the position of Seminar Coordinator, Pam was the obvious choice.
