Raving Fans Access to Conference Room Service

The Cardano Conference Room is available for use by non-profit or for-profit groups

Permission for use in no way implies Cardano endorsement of goals or activities of any organization using this meeting room space.

Groups using the Cardano Conference Room may not charge admission, raise money, offer items for sale or interfere with normal Cardano operations. Upon adequate notice and for adequate reasons Cardano reserves the right to revoke any permission to use this room. Cardano Conference Room must be reserved at least 1 week or more in advance.

A request can be submitted by completing the form below or calling our office at 215-576-8666.  A confirmation will be transmitted by email and a posting of that reservation will be made to the Cardano Conference Room calendar on our internal calendar. Reservation preference will be allocated based on the time and date received. All groups will need to check in upon arrival and sign the Rules of Behavior and Cardano Conference Room use agreement.

Room must be vacated 1/2 hour before the office closes.

The Cardano Conference Room is not available on days when the office is closed.

Meetings and events held in Cardano Conference Room are not considered Cardano sponsored events or programs. Cardano Realtor’s is not responsible for disseminating information regarding the organizations, start times and other event information.

It is required that all promotional information clearly identify the sponsor of the event and ways to obtain further information. Promotional information should in no way identify or imply Cardano Realtor’s as a sponsor unless previously approved by Diane Cardano.
